1. Purpose and definitions

SARL MESSAGER "Basoche" has developed a loyalty program called "MEMBERS ONLY" (hereinafter referred to as the "loyalty program", "Members Only" or "Basoche private club") designed to reward customers who frequently buy in the Basoche store participating in the loyalty program, and located in metropolitan France and/or on the e-commerce site operated by SARL Messager.

Any reference to "we" or "our" in the context of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale refers jointly to the Basoche Le Havre store and the Basoche e-commerce.

Any reference to "you", "your" or "the Member" designates you, as a member of "MEMBERS ONLY".

These general conditions of use govern the loyalty program and apply to all participants from the moment they join.

2. Perimeter

The MEMBERS ONLY Loyalty Program is in effect in all Basoche stores located in metropolitan France, as well as on the e-commerce site. for purchases made.

3. "MEMBERS ONLY" Membership Terms

Membership of the Basoche private club can be done in one of our Basoche stores or directly on the website, it being specified that any membership in MEMBERS ONLY is strictly free and is not subject to any condition of purchase.

To join:

- in store: you just have to give your personal information to the sellers,

- on the site: membership is achieved by clicking on the “My Account” tab and by creating a personal account, via a computer, a tablet and/or a compatible telephone.

When you join, you will be asked for a certain amount of mandatory or optional information, as indicated below:

Mandatory information:

- Last name,

- First name,

- E-mail address,

- Date of Birth,

Optional information:

- Address,

- Postal code,

- Town,

- Phone number,

- Instagram.

Your membership is effective:

- In store: after it has been registered by the sellers in the store

- On the site: after your registration on the site, and receipt of the email activation and confirmation of customer account,

This email confirming your membership and the activation of your loyalty account will be sent to you within twenty-four (24) hours of your registration, on the express condition that you have entered your email address.

We draw your attention to the fact that as this is a loyalty program common to Basoche stores and the site, you will only be assigned a single loyalty account with your email address as identifier regardless of location. of your purchases in France.

It will be your responsibility to keep the information about you up to date by modifying it directly in your Basoche store, directly on your customer area. You guarantee the accuracy of all information provided and will be solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or obsolete information.

We cannot in fact be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of an offer due to obsolete, incorrect and/or non-informed information.

4. "MEMBERS ONLY" Membership Conditions

The MEMBERS ONLY program is offered only to customers (natural persons).

Membership is strictly personal, only you can benefit from the advantages described below.

The use by any third party is prohibited and cannot be accepted by any seller, in the event of presentation at the checkout.

You can only have one loyalty account. As such, and in the event that an e-mail address or a mobile phone number is associated with several loyalty accounts, we grant ourselves the right to merge said loyalty accounts into a single loyalty account. Under these conditions, the points that are still valid will be accumulated.

5. Your customer area

To access your personalized space on the site following a membership in a Basoche store, you will need to activate it by entering the same e-mail address provided when you joined and create a password, via the following internet address:

- view your points,

6. Availability and use of the customer area

The customer area is available to you. We do not guarantee that the customer area is available without interruption 24 hours a day and fully operational. Access to the customer area may thus be interrupted without notice in the event of technical problems or for maintenance reasons.

It is your responsibility to protect your computer, tablet and/or phone. We will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to your computer, tablet and/or phone, or loss of data that may result from your use of the client area.

7. Operation of "MEMBERS ONLY"

MEMBERS ONLY provides six (6) levels of loyalty:

  • 500 POINTS,
  • 800 POINTS,
  • 1000 POINTS,
  • 1500 POINTS,
  • 2000 POINTS,
  • 2500 POINTS.

- Accumulation of loyalty points

You must indicate:

- your e-mail address and your name (BASOCHE BLACK CARD) in the BASOCHE store at each checkout and before paying for your purchases in the store,

- Or your e-mail address (attached to your Members Only account) on the site when validating your order; regardless of the amount of your purchases.

You accumulate one (1) loyalty point per Euro spent in store or on the site, without distinction, it being already specified that the scale for obtaining loyalty levels is freely defined by Basoche who may, at any time and at its sole initiative, modify it. In the event of a modification, you will be informed of the new scale in force by any means that we deem useful and appropriate, such as, for example, and without this list being exhaustive, by posting in the store or by updating the General Conditions of Sales on the site and on the customer area.

We inform you that any purchases made (whether in store or on the site) on the day of membership will be immediately accumulated.

You will only be able to accumulate loyalty points if the seller has been able to find your loyalty account after communicating your name and your e-mail address (Basoche Black Card) in store, or by indicating your e-mail address. email on the site.

You will only be able to earn loyalty points or benefit from your advantages in Basoche stores or on the website.

Loyalty points earned in store will be added to your loyalty account within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase; the loyalty points accumulated on the site will be added to your loyalty account thirty (30) days maximum after the dispatch of your order.

It is stipulated that :

- in the event that we refund a purchase made by you, your balance of loyalty points will be reduced by the number of loyalty points corresponding to the refund;

You can freely and free of charge consult the number of loyalty points accumulated directly on the customer area, and/or by asking for it in store.

- How to go from one level to another?

Membership of the MEMBERS ONLY club gives you access to the loyalty program. To move from one level to another, you must accumulate a certain number of loyalty points.

So, to pass:

  • at level 1 (500pts), you must accumulate at least five hundred (500) Loyalty Points; That is five hundred euros spent.
  • at level 2 (800pts), you must accumulate at least eight hundred (800) Loyalty Points; That is eight hundred euros spent.
  • at level 3 you must accumulate at least one thousand (1000) Loyalty Points. Or a thousand euros spent.

And so on …

- The change of Tier

In case of access to a new level, the seller in the shop will inform you immediately and may offer you the corresponding gift or discount.

In the event that you do not immediately receive your gift or discount, or in the event of a change in level following a purchase on the website, you will receive, within twenty-four (24) hours following access to the new level, a confirmation email that will invite you to pick up your gift in store or via your customer area.

We draw your attention to the fact that at each change of level, resulting in the issuance of the associated gift or discount, your points balance will not be deducted from the number of loyalty points necessary to achieve said status, the accumulation of points loyalty continuing.

8. “MEMBERS ONLY” benefits

The MEMBERS ONLY program allows you to benefit from special offers and events, as described below.

Upon registration, the Basoche team will give you an envelope containing the basic instructions for the loyalty program, as well as a Basoche Black Card and an exclusive sticker reserved exclusively for MEMBERS ONLY.

o Private sales : Invitations before everyone else so you don't shop like everyone else. 

You will be able to benefit from various special commercial operations set up within BASOCHE stores and on the site. You will be informed of these commercial operations by any means that we deem appropriate and appropriate (such as, and without this list being exhaustive: display in the store or on the site, mail, email, SMS, etc.)

o Private Shopping / Personal Shopper:

Thanks to your personal account, you now have the possibility of booking a private shopping session, outside of our usual hours.

9. Conditions for obtaining gifts/discounts

As soon as the conditions allowing you to obtain a gift/discount are met, you will be informed either directly by one of the sellers within a store during your checkout, or when the points are validated. on the site, or via email, the latter being sent to you under the conditions indicated below.

A gift/discount will only be given to you if the following conditions are met:

- you must have accumulated a sufficient number of loyalty points to allow you to access a new level;

To collect your gift/discount, you must go directly to a Basoche store or to your customer area or by email ( ).

In the event that a Basoche gift is out of stock, we undertake to replace it as soon as possible with a product of the same nature and/or the same value, depending on the level reached.

10. Fraudulent Use

MEMBERS ONLY is a program aimed at providing benefits to members based on the purchases they make in stores or on the site and assumes that the member complies with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and adopts loyal behavior vis-à-vis Basoche. and respectful of the Basoche brands.

Also :

(I) any breach of the General Conditions of Sale;

(II) any fraudulent use by the member of the loyalty program or by any third party acting on behalf of the member;

(III) any action aimed at disrupting the loyalty program, the site or in store;

(IV) in the event of a non-regulated payment incident within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase;

will automatically lead to the cancellation of all loyalty points, as well as the deactivation and deletion of the loyalty account without compensation or compensation of any kind.

We reserve the right to carry out, at any time, checks on compliance with the General Conditions of Sale.

11. Deactivation of the loyalty account

In the event that you do not make any purchase for a consecutive period of thirty-six (36) months, the loyalty account may be deactivated. We will then inform you, by e-mail (subject to having knowledge of the e-mail address), that if you have not made a purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of the said e-mail, your loyalty account will be definitively disabled, without compensation or indemnification of any kind.

12. Modification or termination of the loyalty program

We reserve the right to modify or delete MEMBERS ONLY at any time (membership conditions, benefits linked to the loyalty account, etc.) and/or the terms of use of the loyalty account. In the event of the BASOCHE PRIVATE CLUB being discontinued, we will grant you, for a period of one (1) month, following the information that will be provided to you by any means that we deem appropriate, the possibility of using the accumulated points. If these points are not used on your initiative, the loyalty advantages will be definitively lost.

13. General provisions

These General Conditions of Sale are only available in French.

These General Conditions of Sale apply from February 1, 2022, and will replace, de facto, all old General Conditions previously in force, without you being able to blame us for it.

The simple fact of joining CLUB PRIVÉ BASOCHE entails full and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The General Conditions of Sale can be consulted or obtained, on simple request, in the Basoche shops, on the site.

The General Conditions are governed by French law. If any of the stipulations of these General Conditions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, this stipulation will not affect the validity and applicability of the other stipulations of the General Conditions of Sale.
